FeedbackRig is an enterprise-grade customer feedback solution that helps you understand when you’re meeting customer expectations, as well as when you’re not. With FeedbackRig, you can easily collect feedback using as little as a question or even smiley icons. You can embed the survey on your web page and customize settings such as its position (header, footer, etc.), themes, customer data fields (email, full name, etc.), color, and emoticons used. Any feedback you collect can also be anonymous. To embed the survey on your website, all you have to do is copy and paste the script that was created automatically. If it’s a web survey, FeedbackRig creates a custom URL to share. You can also embed survey HTML code in email signatures to collect feedback this way.
