What is Screenster ?
It is a web-based visual regression testing tool with advanced features. It has an extended test function with which you can clone and reuse a test by providing new input parameters. It supports import and export options and allows you to export your projects as .zip files and a backup is also created and stored in cloud storage space. Additionally, it allows you to record a visual baseline by capturing screenshots of each test step. It offers seamless integration with JIRA and CI. Along with these, it has collaboration support that allows multiple users to access a single test project. It supports running tests in parallel and also has a test scheduler feature to predefine tests at regular intervals.
Screenster.io is an ultimate UI regression testing tool created by software development company AgileEngine. Screenster’s creators couldn’t stand the state of test automation, so they decided to change that for the better by creating a decent alternative to Selenium. The developers are based in the Washington DC area with development centers in the Ukraine and Argentina.
