What is SimpleConsign ?

SimpleConsign allows you to find information about each sender easily and accurately. Quickly view your inventory, account balance, account activity, and payment history from a single screen. Add consignment inventory one at a time or in batches. Also pay senders individually or in batches. SimpleConsign also easily integrates with Quickbooks for sender check payments. Inventory management allows you to search by name, category, brand, color, or other keywords that you enter in the search field. The more you type, the more concise your search will be. Shipper inventories can be searched by group or individual shipper. Additionally, store inventory and consignment inventory can be tracked separately. SimpleConsign allows you to add inventory to each individual shipper and then copy it to reduce the time it takes to enter similar items. Inventory can also be added by typing in your inventory description and/or by using the handy category dropdown that allows you to enter brand, color and size. SimpleConsign keeps track of your customers’ transactions and stores their activity for as long as you want. You can include your customer’s name, address, email address, and any special instructions or notes.

SimpleConsign is a cloud-based consignment software that helps owners of consignment stores, thrift stores, direct buy stores, or antique malls conveniently and efficiently run and manage their business. The software allows you to manage various aspects of your consignment or resale business from anywhere at any time. These include communications and transactions with distributors or suppliers, resale store processes, payments to sender, inventory of resale and retail items, and integrations with credit card processors. SimpleConsign gives you a central place where you can communicate and share important information and documents with your carriers or suppliers. It also has a Photos app that allows you to capture, upload, and post photos of inventory items using your iOS or Android device. In addition, the software allows you to set custom purchase prices, create and use discount calendars, manage splits between shippers or vendors, and generate print-ready electronic contracts, receipts, and labels. SimpleConsign also includes features like the ability to access automated reports and manage multiple store operations.

SimpleConsign’s POS can process sales, purchases, and shipping in a single transaction, as well as support voids, returns, partial payments, and credit card processing for online purchases, and the ability to apply discounts to individual items or entire transactions. Items can be searched for by name, ISBN, SKU, or manually entered at the time of sale, and transactions can be recorded and resumed later. The system also allows users to put items on hold, with the ability to set minimum deposits and layaway expiration dates, which are tracked by SimpleConsign.
