What is UserGuiding ?
UserGuiding is a tool that allows website owners to create interactive product tours without coding in minutes. It’s an easy-to-use tool that largely targets three important use cases, namely onboarding new users, promoting newly released features, and onboarding new employees to internal tools. All of this helps increase product adoption and reduces the time it takes to adapt to a new product or feature. In-depth analytics features are built right into the tool to track guidance/track performance. User segmentation and display of different variants for each user base can also be done with the tool. Before publishing the final version of the product tour, UserGuiding allows creators to preview that version.
