What is FullStory ?
Fullstory hosts a wealth of features for generating detailed heatmaps and other analyses. The first is heatmaps, which are generated by tracking user activity on your website. Heatmaps are generated with colors sprayed in different shades on different segments of your website, depending on the level of interaction made. You can analyze the reports by filtering the results based on filters like top users, device used, etc. Fullstory can also record the entire user session so that no detail of the user interaction is lost. Along with user interaction, it also logs and catches errors in the JavaScript console logs. Regarding user privacy, it prevents the collection of sensitive user data such as location, IP address and web domain. It also identifies errors/dead clicks, crashes, and popups that degrade the user experience. The software also takes care of minute details like rage clicking and mouse flapping. Additionally, you can also export the CSV user list for your searches and segments. Finally, you can share the reports with other team members using the Collaborate feature.
