What is Stackfield ?
Stackfield’s unique cloud platform combines email, instant messaging, project management, and many other useful applications for everyday use. Whether it’s threaded discussions, fast and secure data sharing with colleagues, or dynamic editing of complex projects, Stackfield allows the user to easily and intuitively create a separate, individual stack for each challenge. Individual stacks can be configured by choosing from a wide range of modules. To ensure data security, all servers are located in Germany. Furthermore, all data is protected by a client-side encryption method developed by Stackfield, which combines different encryption methods. Therefore, all user data is already encrypted in the browser and never leaves the computer unprotected….
Stackfield is an all-in-one collaboration tool from Germany with all the features teams need for their projects and internal communication. This includes team chat, task and project management, video conferencing, or collaborative work on documents.
In Stackfield, your team is added to an organization, which allows the team leader to manage all members and compliance guidelines. In addition to working with your own team members, you can add guests/external people. Within this organization, different rooms can be created for each need, for example each project, department, etc., and the corresponding team members are added to them. Rooms contain different features such as group chat, task management, file management, or scheduling, allowing full collaboration. You can also decide if you want to encrypt a coin, with all relevant data encrypted directly in the browser (end-to-end encryption) using AES and RSA algorithms. Therefore, only people added to a room can access the data; not even Stackfield, as the provider of the tool, can access this data. No plugins needed and everything happens automatically in the background. The task management module offers different views: kanban, list and board view, which help you tailor the tool to your individual needs. The different filters also simplify the way you work with tasks. All tasks can be easily edited by drag and drop.
