What is DocuShare ?

Xerox DocuShare is an enterprise content management (ECM) platform that enables the management of a wide range of digital and print content, while automating business processes. Designed to support SMB users at the departmental and enterprise level, the platform is available with on-premises, cloud, or hybrid deployment options. Consisting of four core server installation versions offering different feature sets, with add-ons also available, the solution line covers DocuShare, DocuShare Express, DocuShare Enterprise and DocuShare Education. More broadly, DocuShare makes it easy to capture paper and digital documents from a variety of sources, including multifunction printers (MFPs), Xerox ConnectKey, desktop clients, and also DocuShare apps for iOS and Android devices. Automating document workflows, routing and indexing, documents are processed accordingly for centralized storage and management within a secure repository. Information can then be located more quickly with tagging and search tools, as well as metadata mapping to classify document images. Mobile clients, applications, and electronic forms support remote capture, while collaboration and sharing are made easy through change history and activity tracking, version control, email integration mail, expanded access permissions and compatibility with Microsoft Office.
