What is VICIdial ?

VICIdial is an open source, cloud-based contact center solution for small and large contact centers across a range of enterprises. Incoming and outgoing calls, call routing, email integration, online chat, and call recording are all great features. In a single web interface, VICIdial combines incoming and outgoing phone calls, incoming emails, and chat from the client’s website. Users can use features like skills-based routing and queue prioritization to ensure calls and emails are routed to the agents best suited to handle them. If necessary, agents can switch between handling outgoing and incoming calls. Other features include previewing leads before dialing, recording and listening to agent calls, forwarding interrupted calls to available agents or a voicemail inbox, early hold periods for incoming calls, remote agent calls and help multilingual. VICIdial has over 2000 features in total, including automatic call recording that can be stopped or started at any time, as well as call logging and status. Before web data export and real-time shareable reports allowed authorized agents, managers, and team leaders to monitor calling campaign performance, user levels and permissions could be configured to restrict certain features or the accessibility of the campaign.

VICIdial has a full predictive dialer. It can also function as ACD for incoming calls or closer calls from outgoing VICIdial border agents, as well as incoming emails and chat messages on client websites.
